WHAT IS A SOLID SHAMPOO?
Solid shampoo comes in the form of a bar of soap. It often contains more naturally derived ingredients than liquid shampoo and is therefore healthier for your skin. Solid shampoos do not contain water, so there is no need to add preservatives. They are composed of two main ingredients: a surfactant to clean impurities and a vegetable butter to nourish the hair. Leave on for a few minutes to receive the full benefit of the active ingredients in your shampoo, then rinse with clean water.
If stored properly, solid shampoo can last a long time. Dry it on a soap dish, then store it in a box once dry. Be careful not to get it wet every time you shower so that it doesn't get wasted or cracked.
