Who should use peony?

Peony is a plant-based active ingredient that soothes. It is also the star of Klorane’s soothing hair, body and face ranges. Highly tolerant, Klorane's Organic Peony is perfect for:

- Children from 6 years old

However, it should not be used: 

- On oily skin

Properties of peony

Used in Asia for thousands of years, the peony has incredible properties for the skin.

Its richness in paeoniflorin, found in its roots, gives it soothing and anti-irritant properties. It reduces sensitivity by half and instantly reduces feelings of discomfort, heat and tightness of sensitive skin.
