Apply on wet hair, work into a lather, then massage your scalp for a few seconds. Rinse thoroughly. Don't rub your scalp too much to avoid the activation of sebaceous glands which produce sebum. Space out your shampoos by alternating liquid shampoo and Klorane dry shampoo.
